I'm very glad for your interest in my artworks, so here comes "the rules":
WHAT YOU CAN:
---> you can use my original and fanarts: You can edit and alter for your icons, avatars, signatures, blogs, journal layouts, go for it;
just add some link for this page.
---> you can use for SITE / LAYOUTS / TUBES: it's ok, but please gimme my credits: my NAME AND SITE ADDRESS OR don't modify the txt on my images.
---> NO BAD-TASTE "CUT-AND-PASTE": Please, don't quarter my drawings...there's already too many pages with drawings like these, go take drawings from there... ^_^;;;
---> you can use my Deviant account address (hakesh-chan.deviantart.com) for credits.
---> there is no problem about derivative or based works, if you give my credits.
WHAT YOU CANNOT:
---> Please, NO claim my artwork is your own, for obvious reasons...and also 'cuz it's sad (for you!);
---> Please, NO USE commissioned works -except if also authorized by customer- 'cuz I haven't full copyright of commissioned works my own.
---> Please, NO COMMERCIAL USE (except if you gimme my royalties ).
---> Please, DON'T use my artwork to support any groups, causes, NGO's,etc. without my written consent. Just drop a mail for (I hardly say no' ), it don't hurts.
---> Please, NO CRIMINAL PRACTICES, like racism, xenofoby, abuse, etc.
ROYALTIES:
- In case of you wanting my work to use commercially, value is based on profits (starting from 25%), unless we discuss another payment/permission method.
NOTES:
- All original artworks on my gallery is copyrighted owned by myself, in accourding with brazilian laws. That means I have the rights for give you (or not) the permission for use my own artwork - so feel free to use accourding with this current "agreement".
